I'm always really terrible at starting blogs - it's so much easier to just start posting and acting like this isn't something new and shiny. But I feel like it needs a little introduction.
These Hours Photography is my new start at building a photography portfolio and possibly a photography business in the near future. I originally started as Ashley Watts Photography, but in just a few short months, I plan on changing my last name and my old name just wasn't going to do! So, I saw this as an opportunity to start completely over.
As cliche as it sounds, photography is my passion. I love it and it makes me happy. It's an outlet for my fantasies, emotions, and secrets. It's a way for me to remember my swift-moving life, making sure I don't take things for granted. It's a way to remember the mountains in the times of valleys. It's been in my life since 2006, and I wouldn't have it any other way.
I hope you'll join me in this journey. I can't wait to see where it takes me, and I would love for you to be there with me along the way. :)
